SLEEPING TIPS

You, BRIGHT lover, meet me (Bang Hamba) again in different rubric, "Tips". The tips below are presented to you who always sleep randomly and never care how to sleep well. We often think that sleeping is unimportant activity, because we think that it is a low activity, but you have to know that in reality it has high effects on your body activity all day. If you sleep well, your body will be well.
You know that islam cares about all of our live activities, from great activities-managing country and nations-till little activities; for example, sleeping, so that, islam gives guidance how to sleep well and to make our sleeping bringing a reward from Allah SWT. Just read the tips bellow then get the advantages! Finish it ok!

DON'T BE OVERLY FULL!
Don't eat overly full before When you want to sleep, because it will make you hard to get up early, and lazy to recite praying and to do good deed before and after sleeping, and also it will cause your body easy to get diseases. Hii… it's dangerous, isn't it?

BRUSH TEETH & TAKE WUDLU' !
Brush teeth with teeth brush or siwak before you go to bad, because food, which is left on teeth, can cause plaque, cavity in teeth, and stink in mouth, besides, the food you usually eat contents much plaque element. It's no wonder, santri…! Their menu is very simple menu, isn't it? The most important for them, it satisfies stomach. Take wudlu' routinely before you go to bad, coz, guardian angel loves people who always keep wudlu'.

ANTICIPATE SOMETHING DANGEROUS!
Routinely, Rasullullah (peace be upon to him) stopped fire activity in kitchen, locked doors, closed glasses and containers, and also finished something causing dangerous before he went to sleep. This advice is for you, especially who lives in cottage of wood which is easy to get fire, moreover our Islamic house strongly forbids us doing something causing fire. So, don't be lazy, ok!

LET'S IMITATE ROSULULLOH'S SLEEPING STYLE
Sleeping sideways to right, facing to kiblat, folding
legs are Rosulullah's hobbies. Those are good for healthy. Those have been proved medically that those can make digestion and blood in tendon go well.

RECITE A FEW VERSES OF AL-QUR'AN!
According to our prophet optional, make time for reciting a few certain verses of Al-Qur'an; especially Ayat Kursi, Surah Al-Fatihah, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas before sleeping. Those can immunize our heart from temptation of devil, which always comes into our dream when we are sleeping, and then makes our dream horrible. Hiiiii…..!!

PRAY!
Before sleeping, recite prayer-Bismika Allahumma ahya wa amut-to realize us about the essence of sleeping which is temporary death, so we will be motivated to be always ready to face the real death.

RECALL BACK OUR DEEDS THIS DAY! (MUHASABAH)
Before or while closing eyes, try to recall back our deeds all this day!. For good deeds, intend to keep doing or even to improve them routinely. For bad deeds, repent (istighfar) and intend to not do them again.

INTEND TO GET UP EARLY!
Intend to get up early by praying to Allah SWT before or while closing eyes, in order you can get up early and can pray night shalat, subuh on time.

PRAY AFTER GETTING UP AND INTEND TO BE BETTER!
When you get up, recall and praise Allah by reciting "Alhamdulillahilladzi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilaihinnusyur", and then intend seriously to do good deeds and to be a better person more than before. Bro, Try it ok!
